All received by our sales department by 3:00 pm Central Time will be processed the same day of being placed. In the event an item is backordered or no longer available a customer service representative will contact you. Orders can be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight motorfrieght as well depending on size. Express orders must be placed by 3 P.M. Central to ship that day. Express rates will be automatically calculated on-line when you check out.

Sales Taxes
Because Sigma operates retail establishments in the state of Texas we are required to collect sales tax for retail orders orders shipping to this state. The current sales tax rate for Texas is 8.25% All orders shipping outside the state of Texas or to wholesale customers will a tax certificate on file with Sigma will not be charged sales tax.

Return Policy

Sigma is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging.

The following products may NOT be returned:

  1. Used merchandise.
  2. Special orders.
  3. Custom orders.
  4. Personalized items.

This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.).

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Highlander Custom Golf. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.

Defective Products
Any defective product may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Missing Items
MANY ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE BOXES AND MAY ARRIVE DAYS APART, SO PLEASE WAIT THE APPROPRIATE TIME BEFORE CONTACTING US TO REPORT MISSING ITEMS. ALL CLAIMS FOR MISSING GOODS MUST BE REPORTED TO HIGHLANDER CUSTOM GOLF WITHIN 10 DAYS OF SHIPMENT.

Damaged Goods
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Sigma at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

How to Return Merchandise
Products may be returned to any Sigma. To return an item to our warehouse you must re-use your original shipping carton. Please enclose a note with the following information: name, address, phone number, order number, your SigFas.com RA number, reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please pack your return box securely to prevent damage in transit and return to the following address:

Follow the direction on the inclosed return form.

Shipping Charges.
Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees paid by SigFas and charged to the customer. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier. Orders with shipping weight errors, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling or shipments outside may incur higher freight charges, if discrepancy exists only actual shipping charges will be added with the customer’s approval. If customer does not agree to actual shipping charges, customers order will be canceled.
